Yoga wakes us up in order to help us heal, grow and blossom into who we truly are. It is never too late to start, it is never to late to make a change, and it is never too late to put yourself first. Emily truly believes yoga is for everyone and has seen the effect it has had on many of her students and massage clients, helping them through anxiety, mental health, physical disability and much more.
