Practicing yoga is the beginning of an individuals path to self discovery, self love and self belief. Yoga wakes us up in order to help us heal, grow and blossom into who we truly are. A class setting can sometimes be a little nerve-racking and intimidating to begin with so why not try a private session with Emily? She is able to pay close attention to what you need and will guide you accordingly. You will gain a much better understanding of postures, breath and alignment that you can then take with you into a class setting if you wish or for your own self practice.
